Jiliasa Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Jiliasa ("Jiliasa," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Jiliasa website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games, and all associated features available at jiliasa.best and its subdomains.

By accessing the Jiliasa platform in any capacity — whether browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment;
• You have read and accept these Terms in their entirety;
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losing your deposited funds is a real and possible outcome.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Jiliasa is exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.

2.1 Age Verification

Jiliasa reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Documents that may be requested include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) issued birth certificate;
• Philippine passport or government-issued ID with date of birth;
• Driver's license or PhilSys National ID;
• Any other government-issued document clearly showing your full name and date of birth.

If a player is found to be under 18 years of age at any point, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings and bonuses will be voided, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the payment method of origin where technically feasible.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Jiliasa is designed and operated for the Philippine market. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with local laws in their place of residence. Jiliasa does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by national law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of Jiliasa services, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free and takes under two minutes.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active Jiliasa account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are a violation of these Terms. Jiliasa uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed;
• Any bonus funds in duplicate accounts will be voided;
• Jiliasa may, at its discretion, withhold withdrawal of funds from duplicate accounts pending full investigation;
• In cases of deliberate abuse, the original account may also be permanently suspended.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and to update this information promptly if it changes. Jiliasa may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Jiliasa account credentials. Jiliasa will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jiliasa support immediately at support@jiliasa.best. Jiliasa will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

4. Deposits & Payments

All Jiliasa transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Jiliasa does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals through the supported payment methods listed below.

Deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name may be declined. Jiliasa reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if the origin payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. Deposited funds will only be used for wagering — Jiliasa does not use player balances for any operational purpose.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Jiliasa processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. Average processing times by method:

• GCash / Maya: Under 3 minutes from approval;
• Bank transfer (InstaPay): 15–60 minutes;
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank: Same business day for requests received before 5:00 PM PHT;
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal, Jiliasa may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a government-issued Philippine ID and a recent selfie. KYC is a one-time process and is completed within 24 hours of document submission in most cases. KYC protects both you and Jiliasa from fraud.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount on Jiliasa is ₱100 for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfer methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals above ₱500,000 may be processed in tranches over 2–3 business days.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet placed on Jiliasa is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to network issues, system errors, or odds changes during submission are not considered accepted. Jiliasa's odds management system may adjust odds between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed — if the odds change significantly, you will be notified and given the option to accept or decline the new price.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum bet on Jiliasa is ₱50 for sports betting markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market, league, and event type. Maximum limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Jiliasa reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to accounts that exhibit patterns consistent with systematic advantage play.

6.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or tournament organiser. For Philippine sports (PBA, PVL), results are based on official scoreboard data from the league's official source. Jiliasa aims to settle all bets within 15 minutes of the official result being declared. In cases of dispute regarding match results, Jiliasa's decision — based on official sources — is final.

6.4 Void Bets

The following circumstances may result in a bet being voided and your stake returned:

• Event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours from the original scheduled start time;
• Abandonment of an event before the outcome relevant to your bet is determined;
• Proven system error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed and accepted;
• Force majeure events that prevent the completion of the relevant sporting event.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Jiliasa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms listed on the individual promotion page at jiliasa.best/promotions. The general rules that apply to all Jiliasa bonuses are as follows:

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New Jiliasa players are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit up to ₱5,000. To qualify, the deposit must be a minimum of ₱200 and must not be made using a payment method that carries a processing restriction. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount (not the deposit + bonus combined) and must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

7.2 Weekly Cashback

The Jiliasa weekly cashback on slots is credited every Monday at 10:00 AM PHT. It represents 10% of your net slot losses from the previous Monday to Sunday period, up to a maximum of ₱3,000 per week. The cashback is credited as real PHP cash with zero wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn immediately. To be eligible, your account must have a net loss (losses exceeding wins) in the qualifying slots category during the assessment period.

7.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any time unless Jiliasa explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be moved between accounts;
• Jiliasa reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, or to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice;
• Abuse of bonus systems — including collusion between accounts, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or pattern play designed to meet wagering requirements at minimum risk — will result in bonus forfeit and may result in account suspension;
• Free bets credited as part of a promotion are valid for 7 days from crediting unless otherwise specified and cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings from free bet wagers are withdrawable.

8. Slots & Casino Games

All slot games and casino-style games available on Jiliasa are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited by an accredited testing laboratory. The published RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

8.1 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Jiliasa platform are live figures updated in real time. The jackpot is awarded based on the specific trigger mechanics of each individual game, as documented in the in-game rules. Jiliasa is not responsible for jackpot amounts displayed by third-party data aggregators that may not reflect the live pool in real time.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server interruption, display errors, or game engine faults — Jiliasa's logs constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of the error. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect credit or debit to a player's account, Jiliasa reserves the right to correct the balance once the error is documented and confirmed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliasa platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance review, and potential legal referral:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or obscuring identity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to influence game or betting outcomes;
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or promotional mechanics designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, commonly known as matched betting or bonus abuse;
• Insider information: Placing bets using non-public information that provides a material advantage over the general betting public;
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks after funds have been credited and used for wagering, or providing fraudulent payment information;
• Money laundering: Using the Jiliasa platform to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Jiliasa complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities;
• Hacking and system exploitation: Attempting to access Jiliasa's backend systems, reverse-engineer game outcomes, or exploit software vulnerabilities for financial gain.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Jiliasa collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). • Your personal information is never sold to third parties;

• GCash and Maya credentials are authenticated directly through the respective provider's API — Jiliasa never receives or stores your e-wallet PIN or password;
• Player data may be shared with licensing authorities or law enforcement bodies where legally required to do so.

11. Responsible Gaming

Jiliasa is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all aspects of the platform. Gambling should always be entertainment — never a means to resolve financial problems or a compulsion that affects your daily life.

• Session time reminders: Receive an alert after a period of continuous play that you define;

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliasa's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Jiliasa shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions outside of Jiliasa's reasonable control;
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials;
• Any financial loss arising from a player's decision to gamble, win, or lose — including jackpot proceeds foregone due to failure to meet bonus wagering requirements;
• Disruption to services caused by scheduled maintenance, which Jiliasa will endeavour to communicate in advance wherever possible.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

Either party may close a Jiliasa account at any time. Players may request account closure by contacting support@jiliasa.best. Real money balances will be returned to the player's last verified withdrawal method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed. Bonus funds are forfeited on account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been met.

Jiliasa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account — with or without prior notice — where there is reasonable evidence of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, including payment fraud or identity fraud;
• Account holder being under 18 years of age;
• Activity consistent with money laundering or other illegal conduct;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account suspension.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jiliasa will communicate the reason within 5 business days and provide a process for the player to respond to the findings.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Jiliasa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Jiliasa will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Display a notification banner on the platform for a minimum of 7 days following the update;
• Send a notification to the email address associated with your account, where applicable.

Continued use of the Jiliasa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure. Jiliasa recommends reviewing these Terms periodically — the current version is always the one displayed on this page.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and Jiliasa arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Jiliasa's internal complaint process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to support@jiliasa.best with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]";
2. Jiliasa will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days;
3. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days of first submission, you may escalate the complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the matter.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
